R32 is the refrigerant most new split aircons use. It has about a third of the global-warming potential of R410A, needs less gas per system and transfers heat efficiently, which helps the unit reach high efficiency ratings.

Is R32 better than R410A?

Who can install an R32 aircon?
R32 is classed as mildly flammable (A2L), so it must be installed and serviced by a qualified installer with the right tools. Ask for installation when you send your quote list and we will quote a certified installer.
