Privacy policy

Aircons Online is a division of Midrand Airconditioning & Ventilation (Pty) Ltd. We respect your privacy and comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect

We only collect personal information you choose to give us — for example your name, phone number, email address, suburb and the products you are interested in when you send a quote request, a product question or a contact message.

The website uses one essential cookie to remember your quote list while you browse, and one cookie holding a random code so we can count visits and see which pages and searches are useful. These statistics are anonymous: we don’t store your name, IP address or anything that identifies you. If we use Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager, Google may set its own cookies.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your request, prepare and follow up on quotes, arrange delivery or installation, and provide after-sales support. We don’t sell your information. Only people employed by Midrand Airconditioning & Ventilation (Pty) Ltd, and installers or couriers you ask us to involve, have access to it.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to us using it, by emailing sales@airconsonline.com.
